In a recent interview, Alia Bhatt surprised many by sharing that it's not her but husband Ranbir Kapoor who takes charge of their daughter Raha's wardrobe choices. Contrary to the stereotype of mothers dressing their daughters, Alia mentioned how Ranbir is deeply involved in selecting Raha's outfits for different occasions.
"One of the things which I didn’t see coming was how specific Ranbir is about Raha’s fashion choices! I have to go and ask him, ‘Ranbir, what should Raha wear for this today?’ Then he will come, rummage into the wardrobe and put it together. He gets so deeply involved in that," Alia shared with indianexpress.com.
Despite initially expecting to be the one dressing up Raha, Alia happily defers to Ranbir's fashion sense for their daughter. She added, "You’d think that I’d be the one dressing her up, but I am like no, leave it up to him! He will do it really well.”
Alia also spoke warmly about the bond between Ranbir and Raha, describing their interactions as filled with humor and teasing. She expressed confidence in Ranbir's abilities as a father, highlighting the joy they share together as a family.
Recently, Alia posted a heartwarming photo of Ranbir and Raha at Cannes, where they attended the pre-wedding festivities of Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant. The trio were captured enjoying their time together in the French Riviera, symbolizing their close-knit relationship.
On the professional front, Alia Bhatt is gearing up for the release of her upcoming film "Jigra," directed by Vasan Bala. Originally scheduled for September, the movie's premiere has been pushed to October 11, marking a highly anticipated event for her fans.
